摘要
本文在室温大气环境下,对5A06铝合金焊接接头进行了对称载荷疲劳试验,并采用扫描电镜对疲劳断口形貌进行了观察与分析,研究了5A06铝合金焊接接头疲劳性能。试验结果表明其疲劳条带为延性疲劳条带;断口微观形貌均呈韧性穿晶型断口特征。5A06铝合金焊接接头具有较好的塑性,但是接头内部的夹杂相受低温的影响而脆性增大。
In order to investigate the fatigue behaviors of 5A06 welded joints,the fatigue tests of 5A06 aluminum alloy welded joints have been carried out at room temperature in air under cyclic symmetry load systemically.At the same time the fatigue fractures morphology of 5A06 aluminum alloy welded joints are examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and its fatigue property is reaserched.Experimental results show that the micro-morphology of fatigue fractures all reveal ductile trangranular fractures at room temperature in air and parallel fatigue striations can be found in fatigue crack propagation zone of specimens to rereal the fine plasticity.
