摘要
通过化学成分检验、力学性能试验、显微组织检验、断口及螺纹牙表面的宏观与微观分析等方法对20MnTiB高强螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:滚丝成型阶段产生的第1节螺纹牙根部的表面缺陷是造成断裂的主要原因。
The reason of fracture is analyzed by chemical composition examination,mechanical properties test,microstructure examination,macro and micro observation on the surface of fracture and thread of 20MnTiB high strength bolts.The results show that 1st thread tooth root′s surface defect arising from forming stage of the thread rolling is the primary cause of the break.
