小肠移植并发症的诊治 被引量：3

摘要 随着外科技术、免疫抑制方案以及术后处理等关键技术的进步,小肠移植患者的1年和5年存活率分别达到70%和50%。一直以来,小肠移植术后的死亡原因变化不大,感染仍然是最主要原因,高达51%,其次为排斥反应（8%）、淋巴瘤（3%）、技术失败（3%）。
