家蚕病原性微孢子虫的超微结构研究

Studies on the Ultrastructure of Microsporidias Pathogenic to Silkworm Bombyx mori

通过光学显微镜和电子显微镜对收集到的８ 种不同来源的对家蚕有病原性的微孢子虫的外部形态和超微结构进行了观察、比较，其结果：（１） 未见外部形态有特征性差异。（２） 超微结构既存在相似性，如孢子壁分层、极丝结构、固定板等；也存在相异性，尤其是极膜结构、后极泡的内部构造、极丝圈数与倾斜角、核糖体的数量及排列方式等方面差别较大。

The sporal external shape and ultrastructure of eight kinds of microsporidias collected from different sources which are pathogenic to silkworm were observed and compared under light microscope and electronic microscope.The results are (1) No specific characterestics were found on the sporal external shape among these microsporidias.(2)There are resemblances among these microsporidias in ultrastructure,such as layers of sporal wall,structure of polar filament,anchoring disc,and differences as well, especially in structure of polarplast,structure of vacule,polar filament coils and tilt angles,number and arrangement of ribosme,and so on.
