C49S温光敏核不育小麦杂种F_1代的育性恢复 被引量:7

摘要 为探索 C49 S两系杂交小麦 F1代育性的恢复问题, 从1995~1997 年进行了广泛的测交、强优组合筛选和人工控制试验。结果认为, 绝大多数常规小麦品种都是 C49 S的恢复系。但恢复度的高低与父本耐冷性的强弱关系密切。杂种 F1代的耐冷性, 强于母本, 弱于父本, 界于双亲不育临界值的平均水平, 双亲不育临界值低的组合易恢复, 不育临界值高的组合恢复较差。但有极少数杂种 F1代表现异常, 在正季播种条件下表现出高度不育, 这与双亲温光敏核不育等位基因累加效应有密切关系。与此相反, 有少数组合杂种 F1代结实完全正常, 耐冷性达到或超过父本水平。 To study the fertility restoring of GMS Line C49S in wheat,test crosses,selection and man controlled experiments were performed in 1955~1997.It was found that almost all wheat varieties were the restoring line for C49S, but the fertility restoring degree of F 1 hybrids was closely related to the cold tolerance of male parent.The cold tolerance of F 1 hybrid was higher than that of female parent but lower than that of male parent and its critical temperature for sterility is between that for both parents.Some F 1 hybrids showed abnormal fertility when sowed in normal season,it probably concerned to the additive effect of thermo photo sensitive genes of GMS lines.On the contrary,a few F 1 hybrids had completely normal fertility and their cold tolerance equaled,even overtook that of male.
