摘要
对水稻稻瘟病拮抗菌的筛选及其生物活性的研究结果表明, 分离筛选得到的141 个细菌菌株在室内对稻瘟菌菌丝具有很强的抑制能力; 在室外有9 个细菌菌株对稻瘟病具有防治作用, 但是不同菌株之间防效存在着显著差异, 其中 A8, Ma32, A S12 和 B6 的防效较好, 它们的平均防病效果分别是8232% 、8261% 、6616% 和6261% 。其中一些菌株处理种子对秧苗具有促进生长作用。
Test results of screening and studing on biological activity against the pathogen of rice blast showed that 141 isolated biological control agents (BCA)hold good antagonistic ability against Pyricularia grisea in the laboratory.Among 141 isolated BCA,nine can inhibit the development of rice blast in the trial field,but there are significant diffenences for the inhibition to rice blast among them.BCA A 8,Ma 32,A S 1 2 and B 6 have a good control effect.Some BCA can promote rice seedling growth in the trial fields.
