摘要
自1998年"启动天然林资源保护工程"以来,黔东南州的生态环境有了较大的改善,同时,也带来了一些实际困难。本文阐述了实施"天保工程"后产生的利与弊,提出了一些相应的对策。
NaturalForest Protection Program has been preformded since 1998.The entironment of Qiandongnan Prefecture has profected gently.But the difficulty come in fact.The paper expatiate that it happened the profit and advent after the project was started,put forward the relevant countermeasure for adverse way.
