2010年1月1日中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立,标志着世界人口最多的发展中国家的自由贸易组织的成立。此贸易组织的成立将形成我国对外贸易的新格局,我国将面临重要的战略机遇期。对于如何布局与东盟国家的合作,是能否利用东盟国家的优势资源进行资源互补的重要的方面,是否能把握战略机遇期的关键。因此应该有层次的开展与东盟国家的贸易往来,构建中国与东盟合作的梯次战略发展布局。

The establishment of China-ASEAN free trade area on 1st January, 2010 marked the formation of free trade organization in a developing country with the most population in the world, which will in turn lead to a new situation for China foreign trade and strategic opportunities. How to cooperate with other ASEAN countries is a key to whether China can exploit their advantageous resources to compensate and can grasp the strategic opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary for China to deal with cooperation with ASEAN countries with layers and build up a ladder-strategy development layout.
