Influence of Prolonged Pregnancy to Mother and Fetus

目的分析过期妊娠对母儿的影响。方法对在我院2007年1月～2010年6月住院分娩的82例过期妊娠与同期82例足月妊娠的临床资料进行分析比较。结果过期妊娠组与足月妊娠组在胎儿宫内窘迫、巨大儿、羊水过少方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在剖宫产率、新生儿窒息方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无围生儿死亡。结论过期妊娠对母儿有不良影响,要提高认识,适时终止妊娠,放宽剖宫产指征,以确保母儿安全。

Objective To explore the influence of prolonged pregnancy to mother and fetus. Methods Clinical data comparisons were made between 82 cases of prolonged pregnancy and 82 cases of term pregnancy in our hospital from January 2007 to June 2010. Results There were statistical significance （P〈0.05）in comparisons of fetal distress, maerosomia ohgohydramnios, and no statistical significance （P^0.05）in comparisons of cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia. The perinatal-fetus death rates are zero in two groups. Conclusion Since prolonged pregnancy has adverse impact on mother and fetus, to ensure safety, terminating pregnancy and properly extending restrict cesarean section is needed.
