高频彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of color doppler flow imaging in lower limb vein thrombus

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的价值。方法分析74例下肢深静脉血栓高频彩色多普勒超声二维和彩色多普勒血流声像图,观察血栓的性质、部位和栓塞程度。结果急性血栓41例,亚急性血栓25例,慢性血栓8例;其中髂静脉血栓14例,股静脉血栓10例,腘静脉血栓8例、小腿深静脉血栓形成42例;完全性阻塞29例,部分性阻塞45例。结论彩色多普勒超声是一种无创性检查方法,诊断下肢深静脉血栓具有很高的敏感性和特异性,并可动态观察、判断治疗效果,是下肢深静脉血栓的首选影像学方法。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound in lower limb vein thrombus.Methods 74 cases with lower limb vein were examined by color doppler ultrasound and the diagnosis were objectively reported.Results There were 41 cases of acute lower limb vein thrombus,25 cases of subacute thrombus and 8 cases of chronic thrombus.14 cases were in iliac vein,10 cases in femoral vein,8 cases in popliteal vein,42 cases in calf vein.There were 29 cases of occlusion and 45 cases of meremphraxis.Conclusion CDFI is the first choice for diagnose of lower limb vein thrombus because of its high sensitivity,specifity and safety.It can also evaluate the treatment effect through dynamic observation.
