脂肪细胞因子与胰岛素抵抗的关系及其机制研究新进展

脂肪组织不仅能储存脂肪,还具有重要的内分泌功能。其释放了多种脂肪细胞因子如网膜素、脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子、瘦素、抵抗素、白介素-6(IL-6)等,在肥胖、胰岛素抵抗及其相关疾病的发生发展中起着重要的作用。本文对近几年发现的与糖脂代谢关系密切的脂肪细胞因子与IR的关系及其机制进行探讨。

Adipose tissue can not only store fat,but also has an important endocrine function.It release a variety of adipocytokines such as omentin,leptin,adiponectin,resistin,TNF-α,IL-6 and so on,which play an important role in development in obesity,insulin resistance and related diseases.This article discusses the relationship and mechanism between the adipocytokines which are closely related with the glucolipid metabolism and IR.
