如何控制混凝土水化热导致的结构物内外温差,防止出现温度应力引起的温度裂缝是大体积承台混凝土施工的关键技术难题。结合广深港铁路客运专线沙湾水道特大桥,详细阐述了大体积混凝土温度控制理论计算、施工控制技术及温控结果,为解决高速铁道承台大体积混凝土施工难题积累新的技术资料。
How to control the inside and outside temperature range of structure caused by concrete heat of hydration and prevent temperature flaws caused by temperature stress is a thorny problem in technology for large concrete bridge bearing platform works.Taking Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hongkong passenger dedicated line for example,this paper describes in detail the theoretical calculation,construction control technology and temperature control result in large concrete structure and accumulates technical data in dealing with puzzles for the works of large-scale concrete bridge bearing platform on high-speed railway.
