高校学生流动党员的管理现状及对策研究

Current Management and Countermeasure of Mobile Party Members in Higher Educational Institutes

高校学生流动党员是新形势下党员队伍中出现的一个特殊群体,其管理工作还相对薄弱,如何加强高校学生流动党员的管理已成为当前亟待解决的问题。因此必须创新高校学生流动党员教育管理模式,创建流动学生党员管理网络,变静态管理为动态管理,变生硬管理为人文管理,变单独管理为协同管理,使学生流动党员在流动中能够正常参加党组织生活,接受党组织教育、管理和监督,更好地发挥党员的先锋模范作用。

Mobile Party members in higher educational institutes belong to a special group with relatively weak in management under current situations.As a result,how to strengthen the management of college mobile Party members has become an eager issue to be dealt with.Therefore,we should innovate the education and management pattern for college mobile Party members,establish the network of mobile Party members＇ management,convert the static management to flexible one instead of the stiff management to be people,as well as the separated management to integrated one.In that case,our goal is to make our mobile Party members taking part in our Party activities regularly,receiving the education,management and supervision from the Party and make them as role models.
