摘要
文章回顾了3G UMTS无线技术标准选拔、制定要素和近年移动网品质关注由QOS转向QOE的研究成果,并据此分析论述了这些指标体系对网络运行评价的影响,提出了提升网络运行健康质素的技术侧的思路建议。
By reviewing the selection procedures for the choice of radio transmission technologies of the UMTS radio systems,along with the studies on QOE metrics in recent years,the effects of the indicators and specifications on network operating evaluation were investigated,and relevant technical stratigies were suggested for promoting network healthiness.
