通过在太仓项目2km的顶管施工,总结出了导轨安装的质量直接影响到掘进机机头能否成功进洞,能否在以后的顶进过程中顺利安装管节继续顶进;激光经纬仪安装精度高低直接影响掘进机机头能否沿顶管中心线前进,并在既有预留洞内成功出洞,为以后类似的施工提供指导和经验。

Through 2km pipe jacking engineering of the Taicang project, it was summed up that the quality of guide rail installation directly affects if roadheader nose into the hole successfully, and whether pipe can be installed successfully and continue to go forward in the following process of jacking; the installation accuracy of laser transit directly affects if roadheader can not only advance along the pipes' centerline,but also leave away from the obligate cave successfully. This article provides guidance and experience for the same engineering later.
