高师音乐教育产业化问题探析

A Probe into the Industrialization of Higher Music Education

学生的就业问题是制约高师发展的瓶颈,如何培养新型的多元化人才以适应社会的需求,就成为高师教育亟待解决的问题。高等音乐教育产业化在给全社会带来很多积极的影响之外,我们还应该清醒意识到它相应产生的一些弊端。如音乐教育质量的下降、影响社会公平的实施、有可能导致政府对音乐教育投资的减少、学生就业压力的增大。对这些问题,我们应该坚决纠正,决对不能任其蔓延。要继续加大高师音乐教育产业化力度,充分利用高师音乐教育产业化这把"双刃剑",增强师资队伍建设,培养"适销对路"音乐人才,加大政府管制力度,让产业合理有序的发展。

Students＇ employment is a bottleneck restricting the development of higher pedagogical education.It is a burning question to cultivate new diversified talents so as to adapt to the needs of the society.Besides the various positive effects brought about by the industrialization of higher music education,we should also be well aware of some of its flaws,such as the decline in the quality of music education,influence on social fairness and justice,reduction in government＇s investment in music education,increase in students＇ employment pressure.We should take firm measures to deal with all these issues rather than let them expand indulgently.Hence,we should continue to intensify efforts to industrialize higher music education,strengthen teaching staff construction,cultivate music talents with strong market competitiveness,enhance government supervision and regulation in order to guarantee the rational and orderly development of higher music education.
