REVIEW ON THE INTELLIGENT TRANSDUCER

本文简要介绍了智能化传感器的基本概念及国内外发展动向.在介绍智能化传感器的类型及主要组成部分的基础上,还以实例说明智能化传感器在航空、航天技术、工业控制、机器人等方面的应用.最后对智能化传感器的优缺点进行了分析,展望了智能化传感器在我国的发展.

The concept of intelligent transducer and its domestic and overseas developmental tendence are briefly introduced in this paper .The characteristics, the main elements of intelligent transducer and the application in various fields are also discussed. Based on the consideration on the development of transducer, the focuses of the report are. 1. It would be more reasonable to have the'Intelligent Transducer' defined in accordance with function than unilateraly with structure. 2. The intelligent transducer should be highly integralized, which may be confined either within single chip integratization, or in single-multi mixed style. 3. In practise,intelligent transducer usually appear in form of smallized transducer arraies to embady the multidimentioned and multiperformanced features. 4. The developing prospect of intelligent transducer is broad.
