Lubrication Solutions of Pitch Bearing about Wind Turbine

合理的润滑方式对风力发电机变桨轴承的运转稳定性具有重要性。为了解决风力发电机变桨轴承中存在的现有问题,本文提出了一种有效可行的方案。通过对影响润滑效果的主要因素的分析,提出了本方案在风力发电机中的应用的技术要求,同时利用经验公式及相关经验参数进行估算,可以对不同工作环境的风电发电机的润滑方案进行有效地优化。

The reasonable means of lubrication is very important for the working stability of the pitch bearing in wind turbine.In order to solve the problem remaining in the pitch bearing in wind turbine,a valid and possible program is proposed in this paper.Through the analysis of the main factors,which affect the lubrication,we raise the technical requirements of our plan needed in the application of wind turbine.Meanwhile,using the empirical formula and related empirical parameters to estimate,we can carry out valid optimizations for the lubrication in wind turbine at different working environment.
