研究了矿井素质对解决矿井生产中的安全、资源开发与环境保护之间的矛盾、人员素质提高以及矿山和谐稳定发展等问题的关键作用,提出提高矿井素质是实现矿区可持续发展的重要途径。

Coalmine quality plays a crucial role in solving the problem of safety production,contradiction between coal resources exploration and environment protection,improvement of staff quality,and harmonious development of the society around the mining areas.It proved that increasing the coalmine quality could be the significant way to achieve sustainable development of the mine.
