摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT肠系膜动、静脉成像的临床应用价值。方法对临床诊断肠缺血患者及胰腺癌患者共25例行64排螺旋CT肠系膜血管成像检查,并对扫描结果进行综合分析。结果 25例扫描所得图像均获成功,肠系膜动脉狭窄14例,肠系膜静脉缺血6例,正常5例。结论 64排螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)检查是一种显示肠系膜血管病变准确、有效、无创的检查方法;根据CT影像表现并密切结合临床,对肠缺血疾病可以作出确定及病因诊断;对胰腺癌患者临床治疗方案的制定有重要的指导作用。
Objective To study the value 64-slice Spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of mesentery vessel imaging.Methods 25 patients with intestinal ischemia cases or pancreas cancer cases were chosen to study by CTA,the scan results were analyzed.Results 25 patients scanned images were successfully obtained.14 cases were found with mesentery artery ischemia,6 cases were found with mesentery venous ischemia,5 cases were normal.Conclusion Philips 64-slices Spiral CT CTA was prompt,accurate effective,non-invasive examination in mesentery vessel disease;Diagnosis of intestinal ischemia could be made definitely;at the same time CT played an important role in guiding the clinical treatment of patients with pancreatic cancer.
