某住宅楼不均匀沉降原因分析及加固措施

中山市某七层住宅楼采用振冲碎石柱复合地基，由于地基处理施工质量较差，导致住宅楼主体工程刚完工便产生较大不均匀沉降，经采用微型桩补强加固后，效果很好。
