Discussion on Teaching Reform of IC Technology Courses of Electronic Science and Technology Major

集成电路工艺学是沈阳化工大学电子科学与技术专业主干课,课程内容多,知识面广、应用广泛、内容更新速度快。文中结合当前本科教学的要求,在课程内容、教学方法等方面作了一些尝试和探索,取得了较好的效果。

IC technology is the main courses of Electronic Science and Technology major in Shenyang University of Chemical Technology,course contents,which content is extensive,range of knowledge is wide,application is wide,and content updates fast.This paper,combining with the current requirements of undergraduate teaching,explored the teaching method and course content and so on and achieved good results.
