Job satisfaction of teachers in private colleges and universities directly affects the quality of teaching and stability of teaching staff.By questionnaire survey,the article surveys job satisfaction of teachers in six private universities of Anhui province,and in-depth analyzes the major influencing factors of job satisfaction.At last,the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions about improving job satisfaction of teachers from the perspective of incentives.
