CuSCN的电化学行为及奶饮品中SCN-测定研究

Research of Electrochemical Behavior of CuSCN and Determination of SCN^- in Milk

在HClO4的底液中,用循环伏安法,研究了CuSCN在玻碳电极上的电化学行为。SCN-在5.7×10-6～1.17×10-3mol/L内线性关系良好,检出限为3.8×10-6mol/L。在验证了电极反应为准可逆和络合比为1:1的基础上,对几种奶中SCN-进行了测定。

In the HClO4 bottom,researched the electrochemistry behavior of CuSCN by cyclic voltammetry on the glass carbon electrode.Has a good linear relationship in 5.7×10-6～1.17×10-3mol/L of SCN-,and the detection limit is 3.8×10-6mol/L.Verified electrode reaction is quasi-reversible and complex ratio is 1：1,determining SCN-in several kinds of milk.
