论科学发展观在我国农村体育事业中的地位和作用

Status and Role of Scientific Concept of Development in Rural Sports

科学发展观是十七大报告中形成的一个完整科学理论体系,首次全面准确地阐述的科学发展观蕴含着丰富的科学内涵,是指导我们工作的准则。北京奥运会的成功举办之后,我国的体育事业面临重要的转折和转型,在这种转折和转型的过程中,作为农村文化的重要组成部分,农村体育也面临着难得的历史机遇与挑战。在新的历史条件下,清醒认识和准确把握农村体育的现实状况,运用科学发展观来指导我国农村体育运动的开展是目前理论研究的重要课题。

Scientific concept of development,as a complete system of scientific theory in Report of 17th Party Congress,comprehensively and accurately describes the scientific content of scientific development for the first time,which is the criteria to guide our work.After the successful staging of the Beijing Olympics,China is facing an important turning point and transition in sports,in which rural sports,as an important part of rural culture,are facing a rare historical opportunity and challenge.In the new historical conditions,it is the important subject of theoretical research at present to clearly understand and accurately grasp the realities of rural sports and use the scientific development concept to guide the conduct of rural sports.
