Intraoperative nursing for transurethral resection of the prostate plasma

目的探讨经尿道等离子体前列腺切除术中的护理方法与临床意义。方法对76例经尿道等离子体前列腺切除术患者进行积极的术前准备,术中密切配合,尤其是准备足够的温热生理盐水,并在术中维持灌洗液温度和压力。结果手术过程顺利,术中生命体征平稳,均顺利完成手术。结论充分的术前准备和术中的密切配合,是保证手术成功的重要措施。

Objective To explore intraoperative nursing method and clinical significance the prostate plasma by the transurethral resection.Methods 76 patients with transurethral resection of the prostate plasma were received active preoperative preparation and intraoperative cooperation closely,especially to prepare enough warm saline,and maintain fluid temperature and pressure during surgery.Results The operation went smoothly,intraoperative vital signs were stable,successful operation was done.Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation and the close cooperation during surgery was an important measure to ensure the successful operation
