Author reports I case of iridocorneal endothelial syndrome and discusses the pathogenesis, clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of this disease in combination with reviewing the literature concerned. The aim of the article is to sharpen the ability of clinical medical workers to identify this disease and to avoid the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
