职业院校教师人力资源管理:基于职业倦怠视角 被引量:3

摘要 职业倦怠是在职业领域中,个体的一种情感耗竭、人格解体和成就感降低的状态。有关其形成原因的解释主要有生态学模式、资源守恒理论、社会胜任模式和匹配一不匹配模型等。职业倦怠不但影响个人生理、心理、工作绩效和满意度.而且对组织绩效和离职率产生显著影响。本文基于职业倦怠的成因,探讨职业院校管理者如何从教师选拔、培训、薪酬和职业生涯管理等方面做好教师人力资源管理活动。
