摘要
农民工社区教育是促进社会和谐、提升劳动力素质的重要途径，但在发展中也面临着种种困境。本文从经费保障、管理运行、课程开发、就业服务、教育激励和质量监控等方面入手，探讨了农民工社区教育的发展机制。
Community education for peasant-workers has been proved to be an important approach for promoting social harmony and enhancing labor force quality, nevertheless it was confronted with various challenges in the process of development. The current study aimed to explore the developmental mechanism for peasantworkers targeting community education from several perspectives： funding security, management and operation, curriculum development, employment service, education stimulation, and quality monitoring.
