摘要 描述了基于DSP芯片和USB接口芯片的成像处理系统的硬件和软件设计,实现了对128×128阵列的氮化镓基紫外日盲焦平面探测器输出信号的采集和处理,在PC端绘制优质景物图像的功能。并利用DSP芯片的高速数字信号处理性能和USB芯片的高速传输性能进行程序设计,对图像信号进行二维滤波提高系统成像质量,使用双缓冲堆提高系统的带宽。成像测试实验证明,成像处理系统可以正常进行信号采集,并在PC端上进行图像绘制,验证了所设计的成像处理系统能够正常工作,达到了设计要求;运用DSP和USB进行图像信号的二维滤波和双缓冲堆设计,成像处理系统的成像质量和系统带宽得到了较大的改善。 The hardware and software design of an image processing system were discussed based on DSP chip and USB interface chip.The image processing system was designed to acquire and process the outputting analog signals of 128×128 UV solar-blind GaN-based focal plane array,and the high-quality scenery image was drawn on personal computer.DSP chip and USB interface chip were used to process and transmit the signals to personal computer,and based on the characteristic the programs was designed for two-dimensional filtering to improve the image quality and double buffer technique to increase the bandwidth of the image processing system.Imaging tests show that the image processing system could work normally and meet the design requirements.While two-dimensional filtering and double buffer technique are applied on the image processing system,the image quality and the system bandwidth are improved.
