摘要
目的通过对梅毒感染人群血清学检测项目之间及与年龄的相关性分析,为临床评价梅毒感染提供更可靠的实验室依据。方法用化学发光法(CMIA)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别对梅毒特异性抗体(Anti-TP)和特异性IgM抗体(TP-IgM)进行半定量检测,用甲苯胺红不加热血清学试验(TRUST)对梅毒非特异性反应素滴度进行检测,并运用SPSS统计软件对Anti-TP、TP-IgM和TRUST滴度之间以及其与年龄的相关性进行统计学分析。结果 410例Anti-TP阳性病例中,TP-IgM阳性占26.82%,TRUST阳性占54.14%;TP-IgM阳性病例中,88.18%TRUST阳性,Anti-TP index≥10.01同时TP-IgM阳性的病例中,95.87%的病例TRUST阳性;相关性分析发现TP-IgM和TRUST滴度与Anti-TP之间及TRUST滴度与TP-IgM之间明显相关,而Anti-TP、TP-IgM和TRUST滴度与感染者年龄无关。结论 Anti-TP、TP-IgM和TRUST滴度之间存在明显的相关性,临床在评价梅毒感染情况时应充分对比分析3项结果之间的关系。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between the age and serological tests of Treponema pallidum in syphilis patients and to provide reliable laboratory data to evaluate the infected situation of syphilis.METHODS The quantity of antibody(Anti-TP) and IgM type antibody(TP-IgM) to Treponema pallidum were detected by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) respectively.The titer of non-specific antibody to Treponema pallidum was detected by Syphilis Toluidine Red Unheated Serum Test(TRUST).SPSS 12.0 was employed to analyze the correlations between Anti-TP,TP-IgM and the titer of TRUST and all of them with age.RESULTS Of 410 Anti-TP positive cases,26.82% of TP-IgM and 54.14% of TRUST were positive.88.18% TRUST were positive in the TP-IgM positive patients.The tite of TRUST and TP-IgM correlated significantly with Anti-TP,and the titer of TRUST correlated significantly with TP-IgM,but there were not found the significant correlations between Anti-TP,TP-IgM and the tite of TRUST with the age of infected patients.When Anti-TP index≥10.01 in the TP-IgM positive cases,95.87% cases were TRUST positive.CONCLUSIONS Anti-TP,TP-IgM and the tite of TRUST correlate significantly with each other.It should consider the relationships between the results of serological tests when the clinic evaluate the infected situation of syphilis.
