摘要
目的探讨自制皮肤科治疗车及换药容器的临床效果。方法分别同时随机采集自制治疗车使用的14组换药容器(试验组)与传统治疗车使用的14组换药弯盘(对照组),于每天14∶00、17∶00进行连续14 d采样,做细菌培养,比较两种菌落数差异。结果 14∶00试验组与对照组菌落数分别为(14.843±9.300)、(23.807±11.425)CFU/100 cm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),17∶00试验组与对照组菌落数分别为(46.550±26.656)(、83.700±31.998)CFU/100 cm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组敷药医院感染率为0,而对照组为1.43%。结论自制皮肤科治疗车及换药容器敷药效果优于传统治疗车及换药盘。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficiency of the self-made therapy cart of the dermatology department and changing dressing jar.METHODS A total of 14 groups of dressing jars in the experimental self-made therapy carts were simultaneously selected randomly in correspondence to the other 14 groups of dressing plates of the traditional therapy cart,to continuously sample 14d 14∶00-17∶00 each day for germiculture and,then the differences of the amount of the colony were compared.RESULTS According to the contrast between the two groups,the amount of the colony were(14.843±9.300),(23.807±11.425) CFU/100cm2 at 2 p.m.(P〈0.05)and the number turned to(46.550±26.656),(83.700±31.998)CFU/100cm2 at 5 p.m.(P〈0.01).The infection rate of the dressing of the experimental group was 0,while it was 1.43% in control group.CONCLUSION The clinical efficacy of the self-made therapy cart of the dermatology department and changing dressing jar is better than the dressing plates and the traditional therapy cart.
