持续质量改进在临床医务人员手卫生管理中的应用

Application of continuous quality improvement in hand hygiene management of clinical staff

目的探讨持续质量改进在临床医务人员手卫生管理中的应用效果,以提高手卫生依从性。方法组织成立(CQI)质量管理活动小组,主题围绕临床医务人员手卫生管理问题进行讨论,整个活动遵循PDCA循环,运用持续质量改进方法,收集资料评估目前质量现状并进行原因分析、制定预期目标、采取相应质量改进方案、对实施质量改进措施前后的手卫生依从性情况(洗手执行率及合格率)进行统计学分析。结果应用CQI后的洗手执行率(61.12%)及合格率(66.07%)比改进前(40.53%、47.57%)显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论持续质量改进在临床医务人员手卫生管理中的应用,可明显提高手卫生依从性。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of the application of continuous quality improvement（CQI） on the hand hygiene management of clinical staff in order to improve the hand hygiene compliance.METHODS The CQI management team was organized,the problems around the theme of hand hygiene management were discussed,the circulation of PDCA was followed and,the current status was assessed by using CQI,the reasons were analyzed to take corresponding quality improvement programs,an the hand hygiene before and after the improvement was analyzed by using the statistical software.RESULTS Compared with the former rate,there was significant difference between the implementation rate and the passing rate after the application of the CQI improvement（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The application of CQI in the management of hand hygiene of the medical staff can significantly improve the hand hygiene compliance.
