医务人员手卫生依从性调查

Investigation on hand hygiene compliance of medical staff

目的对临床医务人员手卫生依从性进行调查分析,探索依从性高的手卫生执行措施。方法 2009年3-8月随机抽取180名医务人员,通过直接观察记录的形式对他们使用速干手消毒剂之前(3-5月)、后(6-8月)手卫生依从率进行调查;同时分别采样180名医护人员手进行细菌学检测。结果使用速干手消毒剂后手卫生依从率明显提高,效果显著优于六步洗手法,在接触患者前及无菌操作前依从率提高较为明显,分别从32.96%、40.00%提高至58.10%、77.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手部带菌量明显减少,手合格率由58.33%上升至95.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化手卫生措施,推广使用速干手消毒剂,提高医务人员手卫生依从性,从而降低医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff to explore effective measures for implementation.METHODS A total of 180 medical personnel were randomly selected and through the form of direct observational record and investigated compliance before（3-5 months） and after（6-8 months） using fast-dry hand disinfectant and their effects were checked.RESULTS The compliance and effect of alcohol-based hand rub were significantly better than six-step hand washing（P〈0.05）.The number of the bacteria on the hands was decreased significantly and the qualification rate increased from 58.33% to 95.00%（P〈0.05）.The compliance rates before contacting the patients and aseptic operation were remarkably increased,which increased from 32.96%,40.00% to 58.10%,77.71%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION Optimizing measure of hand hygiene and spreading alcohol-based hand rub can raise the compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
