Nosocomial infections in clinical laboratory of county hospital:hidden danger and administration strategy

目的调查县级医院检验科的医院感染隐患,制定有效的医院感染控制措施。方法调查分析县级医院检验科医院感染管理中存在的问题、经验和教训。结果县级医院检验科的实验室布局、工作环境、生物安全防护设备方面,工作人员医院感染知识培训、无菌操作意识和工作习惯等方面存在一系列不规范之处。结论基层医疗机构应严格执行相关的政策法规,重视和完善医院感染管理工作。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the hidden dangers for nosocomial infections in department of clinical laboratory of county hospital and institute effective administration strategy.METHODS The problems,experience and lessons existing in administration of nosocomial infections were investigated and analyzed.RESULTS The management status in department of clinical laboratory was not standard and occurred several administration shortages such as lab′s overall arrangement,work environment,biosafety protection equipment,personal training,consciousness of sterile operation and work habit,and so on.CONCLUSION The medical institution should execute strictly correlative laws and regulations and attach importance to and consummate administration of nosocomial infections.
