目的探讨对植入型医疗器械全过程追溯管理,确保植入型医疗器械在使用过程中的质量。方法根据植入型医疗器械的处置流程,对各个环节进行记录。结果对全过程追溯记录,方便对任意视角和环节的前追后溯,责任界定明确,充分保证了植入型医疗器械的质量。结论完善对植入型医疗器械的各项记录,规范了植入型医疗器械的管理,保证医疗质量安全。

OBJECTIVE To explore the whole process of implantable medical devices with retrospective management to ensure the qualities.METHODS According the disposal process of implantable medical devices,each link was recorded.RESULTS Due to the retrospective records of the whole process,the responsibilities,of the health care worker was facilitated and finally the quality of implantable medical devices was guaranteed.CONCLUSION The records of implantable medical devices have been improved and the management of implantable medical devices has been standardized to ensure the quality and safety of health care.
