导尿管相关尿路感染的防治现状及展望 被引量：87

摘要 尿路感染是常见的医院感染,仅次于呼吸道感染,占医院感染的30.0%~40.0%。在这些尿路感染的病例中,有75.0%~80.0%是由留置导尿管所引起,称之为导尿管相关性尿路感染（Catheter-associated urinary tract infection,CAUTI）。CAUTI作为一种良性疾病,不易引起人们的重视,但其无形中增加了患者的痛苦,延长了住院时间,加重了家庭和社会的经济负担,
