摘要
为探讨全球变暖和局部极端高温气候对雄性动物繁殖能力的影响,利用智能光照恒温培养箱模拟持续的热应激环境,建立小鼠热应激模型,设立了31,34,37℃3个不同的热应激温度组和22℃常温对照组,并在不同的温度下设置了热应激1,3,5,7,14 d 5个时间组,在不同的温度和时间下分别检测了小鼠精液的HYD、LDH、ACP和ACE等酶活性。结果显示,热应激条件下精子顶体反应相关酶活性均出现异常变化,从而影响精子的顶体反应及受精过程,对雄性小鼠的生殖机能产生影响。
In order to explore the effect of global warming and local extreme heat climate on reproductive ability of male animals,using continuous light incubator intelligently simulated heat stress environments at 31 ℃,34 ℃ and 37 ℃ to establish a mouse model of heat stress and 22 ℃ ambient temperature as the control group.At 1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d and 14 d,detected HYD,LDH,ACP and ACE activity of mice sperm at different temperatur.The results showed that the related enzymic activity of sperm acrosome reaction displayed abnormal changes under the conditions of heat stress,which may affect the sperm acrosome reaction and fertilization of male mice.
