摘要
结晶度、晶粒尺寸和分布、球晶形貌是聚丙烯材料力学性能的重要影响因素之一。与均聚聚丙烯相比,聚丙烯釜内合金的球晶尺寸较小,球晶形态不完善,有利于其抗冲击强度的提高。为了使聚丙烯釜内合金具有较好的力学性能,需要有尺寸适中的球晶结构以及均匀的球晶分布。同时聚丙烯釜内合金中共聚物组分结晶度的提高有利于材料冲击性能的改善。
The crystallinity of polypropylene, grain size and distribution, and the morphology of spherulite affect its mechanical properties greatly, especially the impact strength. Polypropylene alloy has better impact strength for its smaller spherulite and more defect in spherulite. And polypropylene alloy has better performance if the spherulite has moderate size and uniform distribution. The crystallinity of copolymer also affect the mechanical properties of polypropylene alloy, and increasing the erystallinity of copolymer may increasing its impact strength.
