芍红消结颗粒对子宫内膜异位症大鼠异位组织MMP-2 mRNA表达的影响

Effect of Shaohong Xiaojie Particle on the Expression of MMP-2 mRNA in Rats with Endometriosis

摘要 目的观察芍红消结颗粒对子宫内膜异位症大鼠异位组织基质金属酶(MMP)-2 mRNA的影响,探讨其治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。方法半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应技术(RT-PCR)检测EM s大鼠模型的异位组织中MMP-2 mRNA的表达。结果芍红消结颗粒小剂量组抑制异位内膜体积增长(P<0.05),降低异位内膜质量(P<0.01),减少异位组织MMP-2mRNA的表达(P<0.01)。结论芍红消结颗粒可通过降低EM s大鼠异位组织MMP-2 mRNA的表达,达到治疗EM s的作用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the mechanism of action of Shaohong Xiaojie particle in the treatment of endometriosis by investigating the expressions of MMP-2 mRNA in ectopic endometriums of rats with endometriosis.METHODS The expression of MMP-2 mRNA was tested by RT-PCR.RESULTS The tow dose-group could restrain the volume of ectopic endometriotic tissue(P0.05),and also can reduce its weight(P0.01).The expressions of MMP-2 mRNA was decreased simultaneously(P0.01).CONCLUSION Shaohong Xiaojie particle can decrease the expressions of MMP-2 mRNA in ectopic endometriums,which may be responsible for its therapeutie effect on endometriosis.
