摘要
基于场分量匹配法研制了毫米波波导-同轴过渡。采用了四级阶梯阻抗变换结构改善转换的阻抗匹配,增加工作带宽,降低回波损耗;并且利用从波导短路面插入同轴探针来实现波导到同轴转换,以达到低插损、宽带宽等目的。最后利用CST仿真软件进行仿真分析和优化设计,并根据仿真设计结果制作出产品,产品测试结果与仿真设计值相符。
Based on matching the field components, the millimeter wave coaxial-waveguide transition was proposed. With a four-step structure, the return loss was reduced, the band width was increased and the impedance matching was improved. The coaxial probe was inserted into the waveguide to transite the TEM wave to TE or TM wave. The CST simulation was proved by measured results.
