试论我国社会主义初级阶段的生产过剩

On Overproduction in Socialist Primary Stage of China

生产过剩是资本主义生产方式和社会主义市场经济共存的社会现象,是商品生产和商品交换发展到社会化大生产后伴随着资本运动、市场竞争的必然结果,但生产过剩不是社会主义与资本主义的通病,其存在着质的差别,资本主义生产过剩是资本主义的生产和消费之间对抗性矛盾的定期爆发,是资本家追求利润最大化加剧对工人剥削在生产力领域的最直接表现,它是资本主义社会的潜在掘墓人;社会主义生产过剩是当前社会主义市场经济多种经济成分共同发展、相互竞争的阶段性现象,它必然随着生产力的发展、政治体制、经济体制的完善而自行消除。

Overproduction is a common social phenomenon in capitalist production mode and socialist market economyand is a necessary result of market competition in commodity production and exchange. But there are differencesin essence for capitalist and socialist overproduction. Capitalist overproduction is regular occurrence due toantagonistic contradiction between capitalist production and consumption and is the direct manifestation capitalistsexploit workers. Socialist overproduction is a stage phenomenon because of market competition of variousownerships and can be overcome with the development of productive forces and the progress of reform.
