摘要
以二苯甲酮、氯乙酸乙酯、甲醛水溶液和碘甲烷为主要原料,经达森缩合、酯水解、脱羧、重排、缩合歧化和醚化反应合成了标题化合物,并对合成反应中的关键影响因素进行了研究。在适宜的反应条件下,目标产物的总收率61.3%(以二苯甲酮计),产品气相色谱纯度为97.4%。1HNMR分析确定了目标化合物的结构。
2,2-Diphenyl-1,3-dimethoxypropane was synthesized from benzophenone,ethyl chloroacetate,aqueous formaldehyde and iodomethane by the Darzens condensation,ester hydrolysis,decarboxylation,rearrangement,condensation/disproportionantion and etherification and the main factors effecting the reactions were studied.Upon the optimized synthetic conditions the overall yield of the product was 61.3%,with a purity of 97.4%(analyzed by GC).The structures of the products were elucidated by 1HNMR.
