摘要
根据医药功能分类,综述了离子液体在医药中间体合成中的应用,包括抗生素、抗病毒类药物、治疗心脏病药物、抗血栓类药物、安眠类药物、麻醉类药物、治疗高血压类药物、治疗精神类疾病药物等。与传统工艺相比,采用离子液体的合成工艺可提高收率和选择性、显著提高医药中间体的纯度,同时避免了有机溶剂残留。通过对离子液体促进反应过程的理论分析,指出了离子液体参与医药中间体合成的原因。
The synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates in ionic liquid is summarized according to the types of medicical functions which include antibiotics,antiviral,cardiac medicine,antithrombotic,sleeping pills,anesthetics,antihypertensive drugs and antipsychotic.Compared with the traditional methodologies,the main advantages of the new method utilized ionic liquid were high yield and selectivity.In addition,the purity of the intermediates was enhanced evidently and the residual organic solvents were avoided.The mechanisms can be suggested as the participation effect of ionic liquids on pharmaceutical intermediates synthesis.
