摘要
我国现行建筑结构抗震设计规范,通过小震弹性承载力计算+抗震延性构造措施来达到"小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒"的抗震设防目标,而对不满足规范要求的超限工程没有明确的设计方法。采用基于性能的结构抗震思想,参考被国外广泛应用的抗震设计规范,结合我国抗震规范体系的特点,提出一套符合我国规范的基于性能的钢筋混凝土建筑结构抗震设计方法。对不同水准地震作用下结构构件的受力和变形采用弹性和弹塑性方法进行结构分析,从结构和构件两个层次对承载力和变形进行定量控制。
In the current Chinese seismic codes,elastic capacity calculation under minor earthquakes and ductile composition of structural components are employed for seismic design of buildings to satisfy the seismic fortification criterion "no damage under minor earthquakes,repairable under moderate earthquakes,no collapse under severe earthquakes".Such method is obviously not adequate for ultralimit buildings which do not satisfy the requirements of current building codes.In this paper,the advanced performance-based seismic theory is introduced,and combining with the features of the Chinese seismic codes,a performance-based seismic design approach is established for reinforced concrete structures.Elastic and inelastic analyses relevant to different seismic fortification criterions are adopted in the proposed method for quantitative control of the bearing capacity and deformation of reinforced concrete structures and structural members.
