摘要
工程建设标准是工程建设活动的重要制度和依据。企业对工程建设标准的采纳行为(贯彻实施)直接影响到工程建设项目的质量、安全、能源消耗等绩效,进而影响社会、经济、环境的可持续发展。运用演化博弈理论分析工程建设标准采纳过程中企业的标准采纳行为,建立工程建设标准采纳行为模仿者动态模型,并进行模拟仿真。分析结果表明:企业"采纳标准"的耐心程度、采纳标准产生的超额收益、采用"采纳标准"策略时企业的初始投入是影响工程建设标准采纳行为的三个关键因素。并给出有效开展标准制定与管理、促进标准贯彻实施的建议。
Construction Standards are the formal documents that establish uniform engineering or technical criteria,methods,processes and practices for construction activities.The adoption of construction standards directly affect the quality,safety,energy consumption performance of projects and further impact on social,economic,and environmental sustainable development.This paper analyzes the adoption behavior of firms in the construction industry using evolutionary game theory(EGT) and establish the replicator dynamic models of standards adoption behavior.An empirical analysis is carried out.The results indicate that patience of standards adoption,extra-profit,and initial cost when adopting standards are three critical factors which affect the effective behavior of adoption.Some suggestions are provided to promote the adoption of standards in the construction industry.
