国民收入分配效率对通货膨胀的影响——基于1978～2007年时间序列数据的分析

A Study on the Influence of the National Income Distribution Efficiency on Inflation——Based on the 1978-2007 Series Data

运用计量经济模型,通过对现金净投放量、居民收入、通货膨胀率和国内生产总值四者之间的相互关系进行研究,在比较和分析了居民收入对现金净投放量的反应速度、CPI指数对现金净投放量的反应速度的基础上,发现整体居民收入增加时间点与物价上涨时间点之间存在一定时差,从而论证了国民收入分配效率对通货膨胀的影响。建议通过居民财富分配结构、国民收入分配结构的调整和政府干预机制的建立,来提高国民收入的分配效率,从而抵减通货膨胀的不利影响。

By using the econometric model,this paper states the relationship among the net quantity of cash circulation,income,inflation rate and GDP.Besides,we identify the time lag between the increase of overall income and that of commodity price through the comparison and analysis of the reaction rate of income and the CPI index to the net quantity of cash circulation,and demonstrate the effects of efficiency of the national income distribution on inflation.It is suggested to increase the efficiency of the national income distribution through the structure adjustment of residents＇ wealth and income distribution as well as building the governmental intervention mechanism.Only in this way can we reduce the negative effects of residents＇ welfare caused by inflation.
