摘要
农业现代化和农业的可持续发展离不开农业技术。影响农业技术采用的因素较多,其中,政府补贴可促进农业技术的采用。在对我国实施的农业技术补贴政策进行一般性分析的基础上,以河南省4种粮食生产的成本收益数据为依据,运用DEA模型对实施测土配方施肥补贴政策的效果进行分析。研究表明,补贴扩大了技术采用。在农作物不减产甚至增产的情况下,减少了化肥的使用量,节约了农户的投入成本并降低了对环境的污染。我国的农业技术补贴政策起到了一定的效果。为此,要加大对资源节约型和环保型技术补贴力度。
In recent years,along with our country agricultural technology subsidy policy's implementation,how about its result is worth paying attention.Basing on brief analysis of our country's agricultural technology subsidy policy,we take the testing soil for formulated fertilization subsidy policy and the four kinds of food production of Henans province as examples in this article,and analyze the implementation effectiveness of subsidy policy using the DEA method.The result indicated subsidy policy helps to promote technology adoption,to reduce fertilizer input and reduce environmental pollution.With subsidies,the overall productivity of four crops has increased,and decreased redundant value of inputs.Our country's agricultural technology subsidy policy has gained some effectiveness.
