北京市40岁以上女医师脑卒中危险因素研究

Study on the risk factors of stroke among female physicians over 40 years old in forty hospitals in Beijing

目的探讨北京市40岁以上女医师脑卒中的危险因素。方法选择北京市40家医院40岁以上女医师1406例,进行脑卒中危险因素调查和特征分析。结果本组平均年龄(46.5±5.4)岁,脑卒中危险因素依次为高脂血症(27.7)、高血压(20.8)、睡眠障碍(14.3)、焦虑抑郁(14.1)、糖尿病(8.6)、吸烟(2.8)、冠心病(2.4)。结论除高血压、高脂血症等常见的卒中危险因素,工作和精神压力大造成的睡眠障碍、焦虑抑郁是北京市女医师卒中的重要危险因素。

Objective To evaluate the risk factors of stroke among female physicians over 40 years old in forty hospitals in Beijing.Methods The sample was comprised of 1406 subjects from forty hospitals.The survey of stroke risk factors was conducted and their characteristics were analyzed.Results The average age of the recruited female physicians was（46.5±5.4） years.The risk factors in order of percentage was hyperlipidemia（27.7%）,hypertension（20.8%）,sleep disorders（14.3%）,anxiety and depression（14.1%）,history of diabetes（8.6%）,smoking（2.8%）,and coronary artery disease（2.4%）.Conclusions In addition to hypertension,hyperlipidemia and other common stroke risk factors,sleep disorders,anxiety and depression due to stressful work and psychological pressure are major risk factors for stroke in female physicians＇ in Beijing.
