龙须菜超临界CO_2提取物成分分析及其在卷烟中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为开发新型天然烟用香料,采用超临界CO2萃取法制得龙须菜提取物,并进行了GC/MS分析和卷烟加香试验。结果表明:超临界萃取的优化条件为:压力15 MPa,温度45℃;龙须菜超临界CO2提取物共鉴定出40种化学成分,其中含量比较高的成分主要有亚油酸、顺式十八碳-9-烯酸、棕榈酸、肉桂醛、硬脂酸、亚油酸甘油酯等;龙须菜超临界CO2提取物具有降低卷烟烟气杂气和刺激性,增加烟气的甜润度,改善烟气口感的作用。 In order to develop a new natural cigarette flavor,Gracilaria lemaneiformis was extracted with supercritical CO2.The extract was analyzed by GC/MS and applied in cigarette as a flavor.The results showed that: 1) the optimum extraction conditions were: extraction pressure 15 MPa,extraction temperature 45 ℃;2) 40 components in the extract were identified,which were mainly linoleic acid,(Z)-9-octadecenoic acid,palmitic acid,cinnamaldehyde,stearic acid,glyceryl linoleate;3) the offensive odor and irritation of cigarette smoke was obviously lowered,the sweetness of cigarette smoke was increased and the taste of cigarette was improved by the extract.
